Warren County Prosecutor David P. Fornshell announced recently that Adam Lee Ellington, 35, of West Chester, was sentenced to an indefinite term of 17 to 21-1⁄2 years in prison by Judge Timothy Tepe.
Sharon Romaine Ward, 52, formerly of West Chester, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court recently to fraudulently billing more than $8.5 million to Medicare, Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs home healthcare programs between 2015 and 2021.
The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian on Interstate 75 near state Route 122 in Middletown. The crash occurred Nov. 7, just after 8 p.m.
