Highland County boys basketball tournament pairings announced

The Southeast District of the OHSAA announced Sunday afternoon the 2024 sectional/district brackets for boys basketball teams.

Below are Highland County teams’ first-round tournament pairings:

Division II

• No. 17 McClain at No. 16 Gallia Academy, Saturday, Feb. 17 at 2 p.m. at Gallia Academy HS.

• No. 12 Hillsboro at No. 5 Miami Trace, Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. at Miami Trace HS.

Division III

• No. 19 Lynchburg-Clay at No. 14 Zane Trace, Monday, Feb. 19 at 7 p.m. at Zane Trace HS.

Division IV

• No. 18 Eastern Reedsville at No. 15 Whiteoak, Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. at Whiteoak HS.

• Winner of No. 18 Eastern Reedsville/No. 15 Whiteoak at No. 2 Fairfield, Saturday, Feb. 24 at 6:15 p.m. at Miami Trace HS.
