Lions fall to Eastern Warriors
In a Southern Hills Athletic Conference contest at Highland Lanes on Monday (Dec. 8), the Eastern Warriors defeated the Fairfield Lions, 2194-2060.
All scores for the Lions (some didn’t count toward the Lions’ final regular-game score) saw Ethan Bartley with a score of 373 to lead the way with game scores of 165 and 208.
Raymond Gleadle totaled a 345 score (145, 200), and next was Kobe Reid at 343 (175, 168). FHS also had Liam Hughes at 323 (143, 180), and Titan Crowder scored a 255 (122, 133).
The rest of Fairfield’s scores were Jayden Frost at 208 (97, 111), Noah Eldridge at 188 (90, 98), Logan Hix at 167 (74, 93), Morgan Hughes at 144 and Joshua White at 112.
The Baker score for the Lions was 420 (118, 143, 159). Eastern’s regular-game score was 1638, and their Baker score was 556 (192, 127, 237).

McClain falls in FAC match to Chillicothe
In a Frontier Athletic Conference match on Tuesday, the McClain Tigers boys bowling team fell to the Chillicothe Cavaliers 1869-1837.
McClain was led by Dartanyen Hooley at 324 (150, 174). Cullen Beatty finished at 320 (159, 161), and Paul Royse had a score of 313 (169, 144). The Tigers also had Evan Kinnison at 195 (85, 110), Shayne Adams at 140, and a sub score of 85.
The Tigers had a regular-game score of 1337, with a Baker score of 460 (145, 136, 179).

Mustangs win against Ripley
Facing Southern Hills Athletic Conference opponent the Ripley Blue Jays, it was the Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs earning the victory by a 1803-1700 score on Wednesday, Dec. 10.
The Mustangs’ top scorer was AJ Brown at 302 pins with games of 165 and 137. Next was Noah Aronhalt at 290 (162, 128), and Tristan Puckett finished with a score of 287 (130, 157).
LCHS also had a score of 276 from Mason Brault, while Tyler Martin scored a 245.
In regular games the LCHS score was 1400, and in Baker games the Mustangs had a score of 403 (124, 152, 127).
Ripley had a regular-game team score of 1313 and a Baker score of 387 (153, 110, 124).
LCHS now stands at 3-2 this season overall.

Wildcats fall to Fayetteville
The Whiteoak Wildcats lost against Southern Hills Athletic Conference rival, the Fayetteville Rockets 2372-1764.
The Thursday night match (Dec. 11) saw the Wildcats be led by Connor Wiscarver at 407 (198, 209). Next was Nicholi Wing with a score of 390 (190, 200).
Whiteoak also had Shawn Mitchell-Cox score a 369 (189, 180), and next was Maculay Wing at 348 (214, 134). Cody Richard scored a 250 (128, 122) for the Wildcats.
WHS now has an overall record of 4-1 this season.

Indians defeat Blanchester
In a match of two teams without a loss this season, the Hillsboro Indians defeated the Blanchester Wildcats in non-conference action at 2712-2318.
Hillsboro’s top scorer was Camden Lively at 511 (272, 239), and the second leading scorer was Steven Rodgers at 429 (184, 245).
HHS also saw Jay Reno finish at 413 (197, 216), and Austin Huff came in with a score of 368 (163, 205). Colas Everetts scored a 361 (191, 170).
The Indians had a regular-game score of 2082 and a Baker score of 630 (215, 224, 191).
HHS is now 7-0 this season.

Eastern wins against Fairfield
The Eastern Lady Warriors defeated the Fairfield Lady Lions in Southern Hills Athletic Conference bowling action on Monday, Dec. 8 by a score of 1753-1386.
The Lady Lions were led by Kenji Ramadan at 241 (151, 90), and next was Zoey Carver at 237 (132, 105). Fairfield saw Lilly Hilterbran finish at 215 (121, 94), while Eloise Roehm scored a 117 (108, 70).
FHS also had Ellie Humphrey score a 74 and McKenna Self score a 69 pin total. FHS had a regular-game score of 1014 and a Baker score of 372 (122, 123, 127).
Eastern totaled a 1439 regular-game score and a Baker score of 314 (110, 78, 126).

McClain defeats rival Chillicothe in FAC play
Taking on the Chillicothe Lady Cavaliers on Tuesday, the McClain Lady Tigers took home a Frontier Athletic Conference victory at 1905-1799.
The Lady Tigers had Natalie Stroud finish with a score of 449 (236, 213) to lead the way for the match. Miya Cook had a score of 303 for MHS (127, 176), and Samantha Lancaster scored a 247 (110, 137).
McClain also had Lillie Hogle score a 246 (121, 125), and Autumn Uhrig scored a 148. MHS also had a sub score of 120.
The Lady Tigers’ regular-game score was 1513, and their Baker score came in at 392 (140, 114, 138).
MHS is now 3-2 this season.

Lady Mustangs defeat SHAC foe Ripley
Playing a Southern Hills Athletic Conference contest against the Ripley Lady Blue Jays on Wednesday (Dec. 10), the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs earned a conference win by defeating the RHS squad 1693-1240.
The Lady Mustangs had a high score from Kylee Chaney at 298 (149, 149), and next was Maddie Brault at 297 (163, 134). LCHS also had a 280 score from Kylie O’Connor (157, 123), and Lizzie Shreve scored a 232 (113, 119). Jamison Miracle totaled a 219 score (87, 132).
Lynchburg-Clay’s regular-game score was 1326, and their Baker score was 367 (143, 87, 137).
Ripley had a regular-game score of 972 and a Baker score of 268 (96, 85, 87).

Whiteoak earns SHAC win over Fayetteville
It was a winning effort for the Whiteoak Lady Wildcats on Thursday (Dec. 11) as they defeated the Fayetteville Lady Rockets at 1957-1750.
WHS saw Matalynn Conrad lead with a 357 pin total (166, 191), and next was Olivia Michaels at 321 (133, 188). Whiteoak also had Trulie Lamb score a 317 (155, 162), and Madison Davidson scored a 295 (128, 167). The Lady ’Cats also had Sierra Kipp score a 257 (150, 107).
Whiteoak’s regular-game total was 1547, and their Baker score was 410 (154, 118, 138). For RHS their regular-game score was 1344 and their Baker score was 406 (120, 146, 140).

Hillsboro takes down Blanchester
Facing non-conference foe, the Blanchester Lady Wildcats on Thursday, the Hillsboro Lady Indians gained the non-conference win by a 2302-1723 score.
HHS had a 406 score from Rylie Ison, leading the way with game scores of 212 and 194. Sidney Bayless scored a 372 (172, 200), and Riley Clemons scored a 332 (174, 158).
The Lady Indians also had a 330 score from Madison Nichols (143, 187), and Rylee Moyer finished at 328 (175, 153).
Hillsboro’s regular-game score was 1768 and their Baker score was 534 (200, 183, 151).
HHS is now 7-0 overall this season.
