The Southeast District of the OHSAA released the 2026 softball tournament brackets Sunday afternoon.

Below are Highland County teams’ first-round pairings.

Div. IV

• Tuesday, May 12 at 5 p.m.: 9. McClain (7-12) at 8. Waverly (9-12) at Waverly HS

• Tuesday, May 12 at 5 p.m.: Winner of 11. Hillsboro (6-14) at 6. Gallia Academy (9-11) at Gallia Academy HS

Div. VI

• Tuesday, May 12 at 5 p.m.: 11. Ripley (1-12) at 6. Lynchburg-Clay (11-9) at Lynchburg-Clay HS

• Tuesday, May 12 at 5 p.m.: 12. Belpre (1-18) at 5. Fairfield (15-6) at Fairfield HS

Div. VII

• Wednesday, May 13 at 5 p.m.: 9. Whiteoak (2-12) at 8. Miller (3-9) at Miller HS
