2025 Highland County softball tournament pairings released
The Southeast District of the OHSAA released the 2024 softball tournament brackets Sunday afternoon.
Below are Highland County teams’ first-round pairings.
Div. IV
• Wednesday, May 14 at 5 p.m.: 9. Vinton County (6-7) at 8. McClain (6-10) at McClain HS
• Tuesday, May 20 at TBA: Winner of 8. McClain/9. Vinton County at 1. Hillsboro (16-3) at Logan HS
Div. VI
• Tuesday, May 20 at TBA: Winner of 8. Valley (7-12)/9. Paint Valley (5-11) at 1. Fairfield (13-3) at Unioto HS
• Wednesday, May 21 at TBA: Winner of 6. Eastern Beaver (11-6)/11. Peebles (4-11) at 3. Lynchburg-Clay (13-3) at Unioto HS
Div. VII
• Wednesday, May 14 at 5 p.m.: 11. Whiteoak (2-9) at 6. Portsmouth Clay (14-8) at Portsmouth Clay HS.
