William and Doris Edenfield celebrate 50 years of marriage

William and Doris Edenfield will be celebrating 50 years of marriage on July 4, with an event in East Danville. William Edenfield and the former Doris Johnson were united in marriage on July 3, 1960 at the Sugar Tree Ridge Methodist Church. The couple have three children, Kimberly, Mark, and Chris; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Their children will be hosting a reception honoring this special occasion at Sonner Chapel United Methodist Church at 4328 Sorg Road, Hillsboro, from 3-5 p.m. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
