The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (Western & Southern Life), a member of Western & Southern Financial Group, has been designated a 2013 Military Friendly Employer® by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs.
To earn the Military Friendly Employer® designation, companies are judged on the following:
• Strength of the company’s military recruiting;
• Percentage of new hires with prior military service;
• Retention programs; and
• The company’s policy on National Guard and Reserve service.
