Sign donated to Hills and Dales, Highco

Mike Anderson, Highco, Inc. Program Coordinator for the Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Hills & Dales Training Center, accepts the kind donation of a sign to be used at the fair booth and other events, with Duane Butler and Doug Wisecup.
