'Sandwich Generation' lunch and learn

Cape May Retirement Community and Hillsboro Presbyterian Church are hosting a free lunch and learn on Oct. 26 at noon.  

The program will be held at the Presbyterian Church, 201 E. Main St, Hillsboro.  

This educational program provides valuable insight into the sandwich generation – those individuals caught in the middle of helping both their parents and children.  Individuals attending the program will learn how to obtain balance between work, family and caregiving, stress management techniques, how to handle conflict and avoid burnout, plus tips to ease caregiving/parenting strain.
