Rhonda Florence honored as 'Brandin Collier' Home Office Employee of the Year

At the annual RENT-2-OWN awards banquet, held earlier this month, Rhonda Florence took home the coveted leather jacket for her success as the purchasing and marketing coordinator at the Home Office in Bainbridge.

Rhonda was recognized for her commitment and dedication to helping stores assist customers in attaining ownership of their products.

Company President Mike Tissot said of Rhonda, “She moved into this support position in 2012 and does much more than support.

"She has taken the special orders to an efficient process, and taken the club rewards to a real customer benefit, then she has added the website leadership and radio placement queen. She operates with the just do it attitude that would make the people at NIKE very proud and that urgency makes her contributions ones that can be counted on.”

RENT-2-OWN currently operates thirty-one stores in the southern Ohio – northern Kentucky region.

The newest is located in Middletown. Their 280 employees serve over 20,000 satisfied customers. RENT-2-OWN opened its doors 28 years ago in Hillsboro. They are still a family-owned and operated organization, headquartered in Bainbridge.
