Past & Present celebrates grand opening

Pat Cummins is pleased to announce the opening of her new store, Past & Present, located at 126 South High Street in Hillsboro. Past & Present offers a wide variety of antiques, collectibles, and gifts. Cummins said that she is very pleased with the great reception from Highland County thus far. The store is open 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
