New Petersburg Social Civics Club holds April meeting

The New Petersburg Social Civics Club met at the home of Vicki Duff for the April meeting. President Janet Campbell opened the meeting with 17 members answering roll call by bringing a package of flower seeds.

Secretary Cora Hamilton read the minutes of the last meeting. The treasurer's report was given by Duff.

Thank-you notes were read from Phyllis Miller and the Greenfield Band Boosters for the Tigerettes.

There was a short discussion on the upcoming Greenfield all-class reunion.

Mary Ann Larkin had the program. She gave several humorous readings, ending with Erma Bombeck's "If I Had My Life To Live Over."

Secret sister gifts were received by Chris Tolbert, Wanda Green, Patty Detty, Bea Mustard, Hamilton, Debbie Robinson, Janet Lawwell, Miller, Marion Dodds, Margaret Crabtree and Debbie Ellison. Campbell won the hostess gift. Those in attendance not mentioned above were Glenna Ross, Verla Hodson and Ruth Ann Watts.
