Mowrystown Lions Club fundraising cookout Sept. 7

The Mowrystown Lions Club will host a grill out from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7 with the theme of "grilling out to help those in need."

The event will be held at Kibler Lumber, 665 East Main Street, Mt. Orab.

Lions Club members will be serving hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings along with chips, baked goods and drinks for a donation.

Proceeds will enable the club to continue serving those in need, our schools and our community.
