Madison Abrams a state finalist in the National American Miss Ohio Pageant

Madison Elizabeth Abrams, 10, the daughter of Tracy Abrams, has been chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Ohio Pageant to be held July 13 at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus.

The winner of the pageant will receive a $1,000 cash award, the official crown and banner, a bouquet of roses and air transportation to compete in the national pageant at Disneyland in California. Pageants are held for girls ages 4-18, in five age groups.

Abrams' activities include school and going outside to enjoy cycling her bike, walking her dogs and jumping on the trampoline. She also enjoys swimming, outdoor water sports, playing outside with her dogs, traveling and working with animals. She wants to be a vet someday.

Abrams' sponsors include Dr. Rex Huffman, Dr. Robert Brarens, Stacey from Dr. Brarens' office, Stout Fence, Sherwood Auto and Camper, J-K Fencing, Barrera's Garage, Route 62 Auto, Sonner's Barber Shop, My Ink Spot LLC, Camp's Asphalt Sealing, Optimal Family Dental, West New Market Shell Station and Atkinson Automotive.
