Leesburg Library summer reading program under way

All of our summer readers continue to Dream Big! at the Leesburg Library.

You can still sign up to read and win prizes by stopping in at our front desk.

Our programs and prize drawings will continue throughout this month!

Our Knit Together group continues to meet every Thursday from 5:30-7 p.m. New knitters are always welcome.

On Thursday, July 12 we are playing a life-sized game of Candyland at 10:30 a.m. Come and meet Candyland characters and have fun with us starting at 10:30 a.m.

The No-Strings Attached Puppet Troupe from Chillicothe will be joining us on Thursday, July 19 at 10:30 a.m.

Our adult book group, RRRR will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 19.

Our final morning children’s program for the summer, The Dream Big Grand Finale, will be held on Thursday, July 26. Join us for a carnival of food, fun & prizes at 10:30 a.m.

The last day for our summer reading program for all patrons is Monday, July 30. All reading logs must be turned in and teen and adult drawing slips completed by this date.

There will be no story times during the month of July. Join us, instead for our Thursday morning programs detailed above.

We hope you are having a “dreamy” summer. Stop in to beat the heat and pick up a good summertime read.
