Kelsey Sheeley of Highland County was recently named first runner-up in the Ohio Queen of Beef Contest held during the Ohio Cattlemen's' Association Annual Meeting and Convention.
Kelsey represented Highland County, and as a part of the contest, she gave a prepared speech, developed a scrapbook, gave a mock radio interview, prepared a beef promotions booklet and interviewed with judges.
