Kelsey Howard, Ben Reed plan summer 2013 wedding

Roy and Sonya Howard are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Kelsey Howard to Ben Reed, the son of Tony and Tamara Reed.

Kelsey is a 2007 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a 2011 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind. with a bachelor's degree in social work. She is working and serving families with her degree at Hillsboro Early Head Start in Community Action.

Ben is a 2008 graduate of Hillsboro High School and has a 2010 associate's degree from Southern State in liberal arts. He is employed and in the management program in produce at Hillsboro Kroger.

The outdoor wedding will be held at the bride's family home in Folsom in the summer of 2013.
