John and Betty (Ladd) Dodds celebrate 50th anniversary

John and Betty (Ladd) Dodds will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Oct. 21 at the Ponderosa Banquet Center from 1-4 p.m.

The celebration will be hosted by their three sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Lisa Dodds, Tim and Sharon Dodds and Chris and Michele Dodds. Their family also includes five grandchildren, Ashley (Adam) Muddiman and Ryan, Shelby, Brennan and Courtney Dodds.

John and Betty were married Oct. 21, 1962 at the Rainsboro Methodist Church, with Otis Essex performing the ceremony. Come and congratulate them on their anniversary. No gifts, please.
