Independence Day party to be held at Rocky Fork Lake

The Rocky Fork Community Alliance will host an Independence Day party at North Beach at Rocky Fork Lake on Saturday, June 30.

Food will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m., including hamburgers, pork BBQ, sausage, sauerkraut, beans, chips, desserts and drinks. Fireworks will begin at dark.

Donations, which will be used for lake-area improvements, are accepted and appreciated.

Guests are asked to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Porta-johns are available; no shower house.
