Five officers of the Hillsboro FFA Chapter attended the Washington Leadership Conference (WLC) in Washington, D.C., hosted by the national FFA organization. The conference was held for a week with several workshops to help FFA members become better leaders and to give them ideas of how they can reach out to their communities.
Members also got to tour the D.C. area. Hundreds of members attended from all over the U.S. and also participated in different community
service projects, helping those that are needy in the D.C. area. Everyone had a great time and learned so much. Many members are taking action to build their communities to make them a better and safer place to live.[[In-content Ad]]
