Highland Humane Society, Press Release

Highland Humane Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is excited to announce the launch of its 2025 Sponsorship Drive to provide food, safe shelter, medical care and enrichment for rescued animals in the community.

The sponsorship drive offers an opportunity for community members and businesses to make a lasting impact by supporting local animals in need.

Sponsorship levels include:

• Top Dog - $1,000
• Purr-Fect Partner - $500
• Furry Friend - $250
• Paw Pal - $100 or less.

Sponsors will receive recognition for their contributions, with Top Dog Sponsors featured on the organization’s website and social media platforms, complete with name, logo and a custom message.

Any sponsor who wishes to donate in memory of a loved one or pet may include a special memorial statement with their payment. Furry Friend and above will be posted and recognized on social media throughout the year.

“Your support is more than kindness; it’s a commitment to giving these animals a second chance at life,” said Richelle Fair, Executive Director of Highland Humane Society. “Together, we can ensure every animal in our care receives the love and support they deserve.”

The Highland Humane Society Treasurer, Sarah Roe, adds, “Each month our animal care costs are upwards of $10,000. We rely on our sponsorships, donations, and adoption fees throughout the year to fund our mission as we do not receive any funding from the federal, state or county level.”

Sponsorship forms can be found on the Humane Society’s website www.highlandhumanesociety.org under the “FORMS” menu at the top, then by clicking the drop down labeled “KENNEL SPONSORSHIP.”

Interested donors can mail their forms, sponsorship payments and memorial messages (if applicable) to: Highland Humane Society, PO Box 471, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 with check memo: 2025 Sponsorship.
