Salisbury Steak, Whipped Potatoes, Gravy and  Succotash, Bread, Pear.

January 25
Oven-Fried Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Mixed Greens, Northwest Vegetable, Bread, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake.

January 26
Ham Steak, Herb-Roasted Tomatoes, Sugar Snap Pea Mushrooms, Macaroni & Cheese, Roll, Fruit.

January 27
Birthday Dinner! Fried Chicken, Macaroni & Cheese

Special Guest: Hospice of Hope will be presenting a print, titled "Misty Morn," by local artist James “Skip” Werline.

Lunch is served daily from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The Highland County Senior Center is located at 185 Muntz St., Hillsboro. Call 393-4745 for more information.
