Highland County ODOT'ers recognized with service awards

CHILLICOTHE - Four employees of the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Highland County Highway Maintenance Facility have been recognized for their combined 60 years of service to the state of Ohio.
This month, Roger Robinson, Blaine Bradds, Jamie Barton and Tyler Puckett were recognized by the department and the state for their employment with ODOT. Service Awards are designed to recognize employees for their total number of years of service as public employees. The state’s Service Awards are designated in five-year increments, beginning with the fifth year of service.
Robinson, a transportation manager, has been with ODOT for 30 years, while Bradds, who is a highway technician 4, has been with ODOT for 20 years. Both Barton and Puckett are highway technician 2s, and each has been with ODOT for five years.
“This is a great group of dedicated employees who provide our community with outstanding service, so it is a pleasure to recognize these individuals for their dedication to the state and the public,” said Transportation Administrator Dan Nartker.
Robinson, Barton and Puckett are all residents of the Hillsboro area, while Bradds resides in the Mowrystown area.
