Great Falls Farm hosts annual Fright Festival in Ross County

The Halloween Historical Society presents the first annual “The Fright Festival”, a fun and spooky Halloween themed festival and haunted attraction to thrill your entire family Oct. 22-24 on Great Falls Farm at 1031 Turner Road, Chillicothe.
Start times are Friday 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. until midnight each night. Free admission, free parking.
When darkness settles, buy a ticket to the non-graphic yet disturbing and frightening Dark Valley Haunted Woods, a non-gory, themed haunt with a mystery to solve. To buy advance tickets contact local participating schools (CHS, Huntington & Western) & VAEA who are selling tickets as a fund raiser, Sports Plus on Main Street, or visit www.TheFrightFestival.com. Entertainment will include bouncers/slides, carnival games, stage shows/contests including Ms. Fright Festival anti-beauty contest where the scariest girl just may win, talent shows, costume contests, best scarecrow & pumpkin contests, Monster Barn Theatre with movie screen & live shows, plus all your favorite carnival foods, and more.   Contest entry forms are available on the “Contests” page of the website & at the festival.
