Charity Pauchner, Jeffrey Lockard to wed

Along with their parents, Charity Pauckner and Jeffrey Lockard are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming Oct. 23 wedding.
    Charity is the daughter of Andrew and the late Bonnie Pauckner of Hillsboro.
    She is employed as an RVT in Middletown.
    Jeffrey is the son of Jeff and Kathy Lockard of Cincinnati.
    He is employed at BAE Systems in Fairfield.
