The Building Bridges 4-H club met at the S&K Dairy Cup Sunday, Aug. 19th for a round of putt-putt golf. Fourteen members attended the event and had a fun time. The members got to see two snapping turtles and a lot of fish in the creek.
The club donated the summer fun basket for the pancake supper and auction held by the 4-H committee.
Thomas Fraysier (community service officer) is collecting toys from members and their families to donate to Children's Hospital. The club will be purchasing additional toys with funds left at the end of the year.
On Aug. 4, several members took their pets to share with the residents at Edgewood Manor in Greenfield and had a cookout afterward at Mitchell Park.
The club would like to invite everyone to come out and enjoy the Highland County Fair, Sept. 1-8.[[In-content Ad]]
