Appalachian Artisans Guild to offer Spring Sampler Workshops

The Appalachian Artisans Guild will present a variety of workshops on Saturday, April 14 at the First Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro. Participants can choose from 12 classes that include learning experiences in several fiber arts, jewelry and soap making, cooking, hypertufa and working with wood.

Pre-registration for the workshops is required and ends on Monday, April 9. The cost of each workshop is between $5 and $30, depending on the subject. A sandwich and salad lunch will be available for purchase during the noon hour.
