OSHP: Goshen man killed in Clermont County crash

The Batavia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred Friday, June 23 at approximately 12:37 a.m. on Shiloh Road near Woodville Pike in Goshen Township, Clermont County.  

The preliminary investigation revealed a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, operated by Brian K. Reeves, Jr., 29, Goshen, was traveling southeast on Shiloh Road when it traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a mailbox. The Jeep then traveled back onto the roadway and off the left side a second time, where it then struck another mailbox, a tree and then a parked car.  

Reeves sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Clermont County Coroner’s Office. He was the only occupant in the vehicle at the time the crash occurred.

The patrol was assisted at the scene by the Goshen Township Police Department, Goshen Township Fire and EMS, Clermont County Coroner’s Office and Milford Towing.  

The crash remains under investigation.
