Maybe we don’t need an executive branch

Let me get this straight. Joe Biden is too feeble to be president. Kamala Harris has been vice president, but claims that she will do great things for us when elected to the presidency.
Haven’t these two been in charge since Jan. 20, 2021?
It is puzzling that Joe is not capable of running for president; in fact, the entire Democrat establishment seems to agree on this. Then, why is he not pushed out by the 25th Amendment?
Then we could see how Kamala does for the next few months, give us a real understanding of her capabilities. Sort of a test run.
Biden has experience as president. Trump has experience as president. You would think Kamala would be eager to get in the mix and show us her stuff; you know, shut down the border, solve the Israeli war, stop taxing tips (oops, she stole that one from Trump), lower gasoline prices and so forth.
When you follow the actions and the narratives, apparently no one is running the country right now.
If this becomes the norm, think of the savings! Not only would we save the salaries, office space and travel incurred by the executive branch, there would be no one to sign the executive orders that give away everything.
Just going back 50 or 60 years without the executive branch, we would not have had:
• The Vietnam War (Lyndon Johnson);
• Watergate (Richard Nixon);
• “Whip Inflation Now” (thank you, Gerald Ford);
• cardigan sweaters (Jimmy Carter);
• Ronald Reagan’s great sense of humor;
• “Read my lips, no new taxes” (George Herbert Walker Bush);
• “I did not have relations with that woman” (Bill Clinton);
• The Iraq War (George W. Bush);
• “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” (Barack Obama);
• “Crooked Hillary” (Donald Trump);
• and last but not least, “Where am I?” (Joe Biden).
The only one I would likely miss is Reagan’s humor. He was funny.
But seriously, Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris have conclusively demonstrated that the executive branch likely does more harm than good. We knew there was a ceremonial piece to their role, we just didn’t know it was more ceremonial than the King of England.
