Wilma Mae Smith, 73, of Midland, died Friday, January 7, 2011 at the Laurels of Blanchester.
She was born At Buckhorn, Kentucky on March 11. 1937 the daughter of the late Simeon and Mae (Riley) Eversole.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George Smith on Oct. 21, 1992; one daughter, Robin Kaye Smith; four brothers; and one sister.
Wilma was a member of the Blanchester 1st Church of God and had worked at Cowan Lake State Park for 17 years.
She is survived by two sons, George Smith of Anchorage, Alaska and John Smith of Midland; three daughters, Paula (Ronald) Walter of New Vienna, Vickie Pryor of Lebanon, and Ellen (Ron) Riley of Franklin; one sister, Polly Riley of Buckhorn, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. at the Blanchester 1st Church of God, 726 N. Broadway, Blanchester, with Kevin Beck and Jim Riley officiating. Burial will follow in the Westboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. at the Blanchester 1st Church of God.
