Wilma J. Egbert, 76, of Hillsboro, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011 at the Salyer Group Home.
She was born in Dayton on Oct. 9, 1934, the daughter of Oliver Estel and Goldie Edith (McDaniel) Green. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
She was a member of the Marshall Church of Christ and had retired from Highland County Job & Family Services.
She is survived by her husband, William D. "Bill" Egbert of Hillsboro; one son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Misty Egbert of Hillsboro; two grandchildren, Stacy (Matt) Glover of San Clemente, Calif. and Jason Egbert of Hillsboro; one great-grandchild, Mason Glover; and one sister, Lois Gambill of Union, Ky.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Tom Stoops will officiating, with burial to follow in the Prospect Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
