Troy Allen Wilson, 21, of Leesburg, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009 at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz. after a 4 1/2 year battle with cancer.
He was born Dec. 9, 1987 in Washington C.H., Ohio, the son of Steve W. and Robin L. (Conaway) Wilson, who survive.
He was a graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School class of 2007 and was an avid baseball fan, fisherman, hunter, and outdoorsman. Troy loved family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Linsey Conaway of Washington C.H.; one half-sister, Amber Dawn Ingram, of Washington C.H.; one niece, MaCartne Conaway; one nephew, Camden Conaway; grandparents Kenneth and Henrietta Conaway of Washintgon C.H. and Mary Wilson of Leesburg; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Wilson, and an uncle, Allen Conaway.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Danny Dodds officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery. A visitation is scheduled for 4-7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, 2009.
