Steven Lee Sever, 43, of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010 unexpectedly. 
He was born June 5, 1966 to Janet Storts Monroe in Chillicothe. 
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly; three sons, Jerrod (Dawn) Davis of Greenfield and Brent and Brandon Harperee at home; one granddaughter, Casey Davis; his mother and dad, Janet and Dick Monroe of Washington C.H.; one sister, Denise (Kevin) Davis of Chillicothe; two brothers, Scott (Donna) DeWitt of Claremore, Okla. and Randy (Amy) Monroe of Washington C.H.; grandmother, Bertha Staats of Washington C.H.; two uncles, Leroy (Diana) Storts of Greenfield and Maurice (Carol) Storts, Jr. of Clarksburg; aunt Carolyn (Gary) Miller of Chillicothe; father-in-law, Donzie Davis of Hillsboro; brother-in-law, Ricky Davis of Hillsboro; three sisters-in-law, Diana (Leroy) Storts of Greenfield and Jackie (Earl Triplett) Brown and Tracy (Chris Green) Davis of Hillsboro; niece Jamie Uhrig of Orlando, Fla., three nephews, Travis DeWitt of Frankfort, Parker DeWitt of Claremore, Okla., and Devin Newkirk of Washington C.H.; and many cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Maurice Storts; step-grandfather Warren Staats; and mother-in-law Thelma Davis.
He was employed at Premier Feeds in Melvin and was a member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010 at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church, 8080 State Route 124, Hillsboro, Ohio, where friends may call on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. 
Rev. Matt Burns will officiate with burial to follow in the South Salem Cemetery.
