Sarah K. (Roush) Davis, 89, of Leesburg, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011 at Heartland of Hillsboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  
She was born April 29, 1921 in Fayette County the daughter of the late Ralph T. and Lulu Paige Roush.  
She was a member of the Leesburg Friends Church, where she also was a member of the Golden Rule Sunday School Class. She was a 1939 graduate of
Fairfield High School.  
Sarah and her husband, Warren, farmed near Leesburg most of their married life. She was also active in the Highland County Farm Bureau; member of the Highland County Farm Bureau Advisory Council; a member of the United Society of Friends Women; and had worked at Wilkinet Hosiery Company in Leesburg.  
She is survived by two sons, Dr. Gary W. Davis and his wife, Carol, of Delaware, Ohio, and Harold A. Davis and his wife, Diane, of Marysville; daughter-in-law Karen Davis of Leesburg; grandchildren, Mark (Belinda) Davis of Delaware, Lori (Ed) Zimmerman of Radnor, Cheri (Matt) Maxim of Delaware, John (Jill) Davis of Delaware, Matt (Monica) Davis of Cygnet, Kevin (Esther) Davis of San Diego, Calif., Julie (Tim) Meier of Dublin, Jason (Tara) Davis of Leesburg, and Brenda Davis of Cincinnati; 16 great-grandchildren; sister Jane (Squire) Davidson of Centerville; and several nieces and nephews.  
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Warren Pearl Davis on Oct. 18, 1999; a son, Philip Davis; and a grandson, Brian Lee Davis.  
Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, at the Leesburg Friends Church. Pastor John Fitzgerald will officiate. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4 at the Leesburg Friends Church.
