     Rodney Collett, 43, of Hillsboro, died Friday, May 14, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.
     He was born at Cincinnati, OH on Nov. 11, 1966, the son of Silce and Wanda (Sturgill) Collett. He was preceded in death by one son, Rodney Collett.
     He is survived by his wife, Lisa (Wisecup) Collett of Hillsboro; father & mother, Silce & Wanda (Sturgell) Collett of Hillsboro; three sons, Scott Allen Collett of Springfield, Christopher Allen Collett of Hillsboro, and Aaron Collett of Hillsboro; two step-sons, Christopher Owens of Hillsboro and Nicholas Owens of Hillsboro; one step-daughter, Destiny Owens of Hillsboro; mother-in-law, Anita Wisecup of Hillsboro; six brothers, Jay, Fred, Charlie, Josh, Butch and Mikey Collett, all of Hillsboro; one sister, Rhonda Ballein of Hillsboro; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
     Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at Oliver Branch Cemetery with Rev. Wiley Perkins officiating.
     Friends may call on Friday from noon till 1 p.m at the Thompson Funeral Home.
