Robert Michael “Mike” Doss, 60, of New Vienna, died Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Hillcrest Manor in Washington C.H.
He was born in Adams County on March 22, 1950, the son of Charles J. and Catherine (Dickson) Doss.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, John Russell Doss.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Perkins) Doss, whom he married on March 17, 1969; two daughters, Erica Doss of Hillsboro and Wendy Doss at home; four grandchildren, Brandon Wilson, Ashley Doss, Shelby Doss, and Blake Burnum; one great- grandson, Kaiden; three brothers, Dennis, Ray and Ricky Doss; and two sisters, Donna Ballinger and Carlena Doss.
According to his wishes, no services or visitation will be held.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Ohio Valley Affiliate, P.O. Box 163549, Columbus, Ohio 43216-3549 or the American Cancer Society, 2808 reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. Arrangements were made by the Thompson Funeral Home.
