Ralph E. Fenner, 72, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at the Bethesda North Hospital.
He was born in Highland County, OH on August 2, 1937 the son of the late Dr. Walter H. and Velma E. (Walker) Fenner. Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane (Shaw) Fenner on March 5, 2009, three brothers, Wayne, Dwayne, Gene Fenner, one sister, Donna Ferrell.
Ralph was a 1955 Graduate of Hillsboro High School, retired from O.D.O.T., amember of the Highland County Coon Hunter’s Association and the American Paint Horse Association.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Christopher E. and Sandy Fenner of Leesburg, one daughter, Cynthia J. Fenner of Hillsboro, three sisters and brothers-in-law,
Mary C. and Carl Linn of Greenfield, Doris and Tony Younker of Hillsboro, Ann Williams of Hillsboro, three grandchildren, Brooke Leigh Fenner, Kristen Ray Fenner, Elijah Shaw Bray, two great grandchildren, Jase Christopher Harmon Fenner, Lane Michael Huston, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the New Market Baptist Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday evening from 4:00 till 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home
