Nora Jeanette Kepler, 71, of Greenfield, died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Hearth and Care of Greenfield.
She was born May 19, 1939 in Fayette County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles and Dora (Swift) Myers.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fruitdale United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Dean Kepler, whom she married Sept. 1959; three daughters, Anna Jane (Bob) Robinett, Roberta Kay (Frank) Washburn of Greenfield, and Pamela Sue (Jack) Cook of Thomson, Ga.; a son, Robert Eugene (Lucy) Kepler of Greenfield; grandchildren Sunni Jane (Jerrod) Quigley of Greenfield, Jeremy (Niki) Washburn of Greenfield, John Dean (Elisha Bradsford) Washburn of Hillsboro, Chelsea Rashelle Washburn of Greenfield, and Caleb Cook of August, Ga.; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Goodwin of Dayton and Esther "Deb" (Pete) Richmond of Lexington, Ky.; two brothers-in-law, Eugene Kepler of Grove City and Emmett Kepler, Jr. of New Mexico; special cousin, Barbara "My Barbie" Jones of Chillicothe; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and several sisters, and a sister-in-law, Betty Jane Kepler.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Fruitdale United Methodist Church with Rev. Marland Penwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Creek Cemetery in Fayette County. A visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday, June 11.
