    Maxine Chrisman, 75, of Hillsboro, died Jan. 14, 2011 at her home.
    She was born April 1, 1935 in Magoffin County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Dewey and Malta Adams Cooper.  
    Mrs. Chrisman was a member of the Hillsboro Presbyterian Church.  
    She is survived by six siblings, Rose Lakatos of Allen, Texas, Dewey (Ruth) Cooper, Jr., of McKinney, Texas, R. Jack (Frankie) Cooper of McKinney, Texas, Mildred Hart of Upper Arlington, Ruth (Ed) Slyh of Galloway, Ohio and Luna (Jim) Cummins of Westerville; and many nieces and nephews.  
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Albert Chrisman on Aug. 8, 2000; and two sisters, Mabel Gay and Irene Corbin.
    Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. The Rev. Maurice Mitchell will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
