     Maxine Adams, 73, of Greenfield, died Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at the Greenfield Area Medical Center.
     She was born in Morgantown, Ohio on Aug. 3, 1937, the daughter of Challe and Jewel (Holbrook) Yates. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Leonard Ison; second husband, Warden Adams; one son, James Ison; two brothers; and three sisters.
     She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dallas and Susan Ison and Wayne and Lissa Ison, both of Bainbridge; one brother, Homer Holbrook; two sisters, Velma Boyd and Bonnie Fuller; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
     Graveside services will be held at Washburn Cemetery Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Greg Seaman officiating.
     There will be no visitation.
