Martin K. Lewis, 57, of Leesburg, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010 at his home.

He was born Oct. 20, 1953 in Middletown, the son of the late Carl and Mary Shafor Lewis.

He is survived by four children, Bryn (Josh) Haney of Eaton, Kiel Lewis of Eaton, Matt Lewis of Leesburg, and Evan Lewis of Leesburg; and two brothers, Steve (Linda) Lewis of Mulberry, Fla., and David Lewis of Spartanburg, S.C.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The Turner Funeral Home, Leesburg, is serving the family.
