Leslie Cooper, 37, of Hillsboro, died Friday, Nov. 6, 2009 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
She was born September 25, 1972 in Clinton County, Ohio, the daughter of the late John Clark Sluss and Joyce Ethel Burns Sluss.
She is survived by three children, Nathan Allen Cooper, Sarah Elaine Cooper, and Jacob Daniels Cooper, all of Hillsboro, and five brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home.
