Kristina Jayne Lewis, 47, passed away Sept. 27, 2025.
She was born Nov. 17, 1978 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.
She was the daughter of Judith Ann (Wilder) Lewis and Normand Lynn Lewis.
Kristina graduated from Blanchester High School and attended Ohio University. She was an enthusiastic cheerleader throughout her high school and college career. For many years, she lived in Fairborn and worked at Bravo’s, Dayton Mall, as a hostess and server. For the last five years, she worked at Retiremed in Miamisburg as a benefit adviser helping many people with their Medicaid insurance needs. She loved helping people. Kristina and her daughter, Ava, loved traveling to Walt Disney World in Florida and were visitors on an annual basis, as well as attending many concerts. She was an animal lover, especially dogs, and will be missed by her border collies, Remy and Marty.
She was preceded in death by her mother; grandparents, Melvin and Marion Wilder and Normand E. and Pauline Lewis.
She is survived by her only child, Ava May Lewis; her father and stepmother Normand Lynn and Kathy Lewis of Wilmington; a stepsister, Jodi Lyn (Tom) Vogel of Wilmington; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
