Gail Phillips, 66, of Seaman, passed away Monday, Aug. 16, 2010 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Sabina, Ohio on May 11, 1944, the daughter of the late Joe and Georgia (Payne) Brooks.
She is survived by her husband Arnold Phillips of Seaman, whom she married on Dec. 4, 1961; one son, Arnold Phillips of Minnesota; one daughter and son-in-law, Dee and Dan Creek of Lynchburg; one brother, Joe Henry Books of Fairfax; five sisters, Linda Smith of Florida, Brenda Siders of Hillsboro, Mary Rodriguez of Pflugerville, Texas, Janet Fair of Hillsboro, and Monday Renchen of Peebles; five grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren. 
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
