Freddie Waddell, Sr., 42, of Hillsboro, died Friday, June 4, 2010 at his residence.
He was born May 2, 1968 in Hillsboro, the son of the late Ronald Waddell and Margaret (Forte) Waddell of Leesburg.
Freddie was a graduate of Fairfield High School and was a bricklayer.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a son, Freddie Waddell, Jr.; one brother, Ricky Forte; and an aunt, Edna Becky Miller.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Waddell; one son, Aaron Waddell of Hillsboro; one brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Sandy Waddell of Hillsboro; one sister, Gina Waddell of Hillsboro; an aunt, Mary Huffman of Hillsboro; an uncle, Mike Waddell of Nashville, Tenn.; special friend, Virgil Potts of Hillsboro; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 9 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. The Rev. Wiley Perkins will officiate with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. 
Friends may call from noon-2 p.m. Wednesday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the family in care of the Thompson Funeral Home, 241 E. Main St., Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
