Ella Faye Deaton-Swartz, 65, of Hillsboro, died Saturday January 9, 2010 at the Laurels of Hillsboro.
Ella was born September 29, 1944 in Oneida, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Sim and Mae (Riley) Eversole. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers.
Ella worked several years for Robertshaw and was a self-employed home health care provider.
She is survived by her husband Raymond Swartz; daughter and son-in-law, Georgia and Tim Carr of Clarksville.; son, James Deaton of Evanston, Ill.; two sisters Polly Riley of Kentucky and Wilma Smith of Midland.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 13, at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. The Rev. Randall Goble will officiate with burial in the Westboro Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
