Edwin Manning, 61, of Hillsboro, died Monday, Jan. 24, 2011.
He was born in Maysville, Ky. on June 25, 1949, the son of James E. and Carrie (Fryman) Manning.
He was a veteran, serving in the Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, James E. Manning, and one brother, James Manning.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sheila (Fillmore) Manning, who he married in 1971; two daughters, Jessica Lee Manning and Tracy Ann Manning, both of Hillsboro; one brother, Ricky Manning of Hillsboro; and one sister, Jewell Manning of Hillsboro.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
