Dennis Gulley, 63, of Seaman, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2010 at his residence.
He was born in West Union, Ohio on March 6, 1947, the son of the late Raymond and Emma (Dryden) Gulley.
Dennis attended the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam era and a member of the Hillsboro Masonic Lodge #38.
He is survived by his wife, Cecelia (Urton) Gulley of Seaman, who he married on June 19, 1993; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Jenny Gulley of Hillsboro and John and Tina Milburn of Jasper, Ala.; two daughters, Dannette Minzler and Kim Moore, both of Hillsboro; three sisters; Ramona Stone, Joyce Kendall, and Wanda Kendall, all of Winchester; and seven grandchildren. 
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the convenience of the family at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Dan Harrison officiating. Military rites will be given by the Adams County Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
