Clifton A. 'Cliff' Pack

Clifton A. “Cliff” Pack, 76, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024 at Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley. 

He was born Aug. 26, 1948 in Deep Water, W.Va., the son of the late Clifton and Margaret (Atha) Pack. 

He was a 1967 graduate of Vandalia-Butler High School and was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Cliff retired in 2016 from the Dayton Power and Light Company after 44 years of service and was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. 

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patricia C. “Patty” (Wendling) Pack, whom he married Sept. 12, 1969 in Vandalia; two children, Thomas (Elaine) Pack of Lynchburg and Tina (Devin) Graves of Frisco, Texas; 10 grandchildren, Brittany (Anthony) Pritchard of Lynchburg, Christopher (Ashley) Knox of The Colony, Texas, Zachary (Alicia) Pack of New Vienna, Owen (Lexi) Miller of Plano, Texas, Maura Pack of Hillsboro, Olivia Miller of Frisco, Texas, Karlie Taylor, Nicholas Taylor and Andrew Taylor, all of Hillsboro, and Dayton Graves of Oklahoma; seven great-grandchildren, Waylon, Jayden, A.J., Josiah, Stella, Easton and Oakley; two sisters, Kim (Marc) Zehnder of Vandalia and Crystal Pack of Galveston, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service and celebration of Cliff’s life will be held Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at The River Hills Christian Church Fayetteville Campus, 3068 U.S. Route 50, Fayetteville 45118. Pastor Mark Tekuelve will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of the life celebration at 2:30 p.m.
