Catherine “Cat” Kiley Adams, age 47, of Hillsboro, died Wednesday morning, December 23, 2009 at her residence. 
She was born April 21, 1962, in Wilmington, the daughter of Ray C. Sr. and Betty E. (Koehler) Kiley of Hillsboro. 
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Erin Elizabeth Kiley and her fiancé Jason V. French of Athens, Georgia, a son, Jessie Ray Kiley of Nicholson, Georgia, two brothers, Gregory J. (Ann Marie) Kiley of Mt. Orab, Steven C. (Brenda) Kiley of Austin, Texas, four great nephews, Gregory J. Kiley Jr., Samuel Kiley, David (Mandy) Kiley, Lucas Kiley, three great nieces, Caty Kiley (Jimmy) Hamilton, Bethany Kiley (Josh) Klaene, Lindsay Kiley (Brad) Kokicki, as well as thirteen great-nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Ray C. Kiley, Jr.  In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated.  Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.  There will be no visitation.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church Memorial Fund, 212 South High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
